Frozen maters
So I'm finally to the point where I have to freeze or dry my extra Sungolds. Since I don't have time to dry them today and won't be here all next week, I'm freezing them. But what to do with them later?
Can frozen tomatoes make a good uncooked salsa, or are they really just best used for cooked sauces? Anyone else have any favorite ideas for using frozen tomatoes? Denna |

In our home, when winter has set in, many, many fine pots of belly-warming chili beans are made with frozen maters.
Almost makes me wish winter were here. (I did say almost!)
