Default Willow rooting update

Tried rooting some tomato cuttings in water with willow branches. Followed instructions to the "T"
Did 4 jars, 3 with willow and 1 without.
3 with willow are almost COMPLETELY DEAD after only 5 days! 1 without is fine. Will try to get some pics up soon.

The willow probably had some pathogen in/on it. Usually it is used as
dip or soil drench for cuttings, where maybe other organisms deal with
any harmful pathogens that you get in it along with the IBA
(indole-butyric-acid), the auxin in it that stimulates root growth.
