Is the variety Delicious a semi indeterminate? It's growth habit reminds me of those that are.

I am growing it for the first time this year and the plant sure looks indeterinate.

Grew two of them last year. One in a pot and one in the greenhouse. The potted one grew in a very squat type plant and still pumped out a few good sized fruit.

Oh , yeah. They taste ★★★★e loads better than store bought.

How does it taste? GREAT. Had it for breakfest. 1/2 on sandwich, 1/2 like 1/2 apple. I have to say though, the Whopper, last night was better.
Found a HUGE Big Girl in garden this morning. Perfect Ripe.

Delicious was the first tomato variety I ever grew, years ago. All I remember was, it was a very big plant that grew plenty of VERY big tomatoes. Tasty ones, at that.

This year, I have 3 Delicious seedlings currently under lights. I plan to place 2 out in my garden, and will either sell the 3rd, or keep it for the 'wildcard bed.' This will be the first time I've grown Delicious in many years.

It's got some stiff competition this time around though, as it will be placed out next to some big names

Well, then mine are either very malnurished or labeled wrong, but they they are tasty. Definetely an heirloom/OP

They are barely 3 1/2 tall and very sparse foliage, just like last year's champiom plants, which may be from the same nursery. Maybe they do something to them thta keeps them from maturing properly.
