Markers to write on tomatoes
I have seen many pics with the name of the variety written on the tomato. Is this done with a regular marker, for seed saving, and/or is their a food safe one for those to be eaten?

I just use my regular marker (permanent) that i mark varieties with.
I figure i eat so many bad things that a little more wont hurt. KennyP |

Sharpie
And, you can take a sharp knife or box cutter or ?? and scrape off the name or whatever just before it is consumed.

I use this for all my garden marking. Much better than Sharpie IMO.
