Did I screw up too badly ?
I Started germinating some pepper seeds yesterday & this is what I did.
I got a large plastic bowl & dumped some MG seed starter in then mixed in the waterI had a fairly wet mix so i squezzed out what water I could then put the mixture in the containers (3oz dixie cups)I packed it in pretty tight.I have since read that you should have barely wet mox then put it in the containers then bump the bottom to remove any air space. My question is will those that I packed still work or not ? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks |

No, just keep them warm. You'll be okay.

I'd also recommend keeping them covered either in a dome or with plastic. What I've run into with the small plastic cups is that the mix is very wet a half inch down, but dry where the seeds are.
