Looks great Kurt! Are those orange ones on the big plate Kelloggs Breakfast? I have been wanting to taste those. So I will grow some next fall. Making my mouth water.
I harvested a German Giant the other day. It was ok, but definitely not a Brandywine. I sliced a Betterboy tonight for supper. Pretty good! But not a Brandywine type experience. Brandywine is the only heirloom I have ever tasted and fell in love with it. I have some Cherokee Purples coming. I will start a new thread to post a pic took today.

Kurt, my mother in low claims she can not grow tomatoes in Sarasota county, FL because of heat and bugs, I have to show her your pictures. She used to grow them in Ukraine, Crimea. She misses growing them. Or maybe it is just an excuse for her to visit us here in NJ.
Looking great. I wish I can reach and grab one from your picture. I love black toms.

Beleive it or not the black tomatoes do better for me than the reds.Pictured are Kumatos and Black from Tulas.I think since black absorbs sun better than lighter colors more solar energy is utilized.Thanx Kurt.
