Red Rocket bush tomato
Here's a Red Rocket bush tomato in a 12" pot. It has about a dozen green flower buds near the top that might open next week.

This plant is living up to its name by quickly developing a compact structure on a robust central leader. The caliper at the base is about 3/4".

I looked it up and it's early too! There's not a lot of discussion out there about it though.
You'll have to report back on the taste . Linda |

It is one of my favorites. It got about waist high very bushy and was just loaded with tomatoes. Not a super star here so to speak but a real winner for me. I always recommended it for early tomatoes in the south west. Worth |

Yeah, thanks to Worth's suggestion. I now am the proud owner of 36 Red Rockets! Amongst others... They are about 10" tall in 4" pots I have 16 in the ground in the greenhouse and rest are Going in the ground Real soon.
I haven't had them before but my chargers are also kicking some @$$

If they produce like they should you are going to have tomatoes running out your ears. I could see each plant putting out 36 tomatoes easily. That would be 1296 tomatoes almost all at once. Worth |
