They're Planted!...soooo fun
Well, after 3 days of trenching, plumbing, and cleaning up...I now have 4 hose bibs at my garden area (120 ft run). A lot of work...but convenience reigns!
I just finished planting my seeds (first time ever for me) in their peat pellets. They are warming on their little warm blanket, as we speak. I used the inexpensive "system" (Jiffy) from HD. Basically plastic tray, dome, and pellets. I am an ex ballplayer...so my fine motor skills are pretty weak. haha. It was really a lot of fun! Wife shaking her head.... Marianna's Pride, Box Car Willie, Big Beef, Brandy Boy, Brandywine Cowlick's, and Galina's. (2 pellets each) I have more to plant later. Thanks to all... for making me crazy! |

I'm jealous. I still need to run my waterlines and electric lines. Last year, I seriously buried a water hose a few inches deep between my house and garden just so we wouldn't have to step/trip over it. I have so much more to do.
