Hi Charline,
You might explore some of the pink heart varieties. Many are sweet and hearts in general have very few seeds relative to their size. "Ludmilla's pink heart" is one you might like. KarenO |

For a very sweet container tomato, I would go with Summertime Gold from the Dwarf Project.

Hi Charline. Which French heirloom varieties are you growing this year? Which French heirloom varieties are your favorites?

Dust, I dont grow many french varieties. Most of them are red and I am not so fond of reds.
But definitely I will grow Noire de Coseboeuf. This one is great. Then Poil blanc or Mirabelle blanche. I also will grow Moya noire and Moya verte. I have also a very good pink Coeur de boeuf. But thats it. I grow mostly russian and american varieties. you can see many french varieties here: http://www.semeur.fr/wiki/index.php?...ine69=1#result |

Dwarf Sweet Sue is great sweet tasting variety, the taste is not simple but really lasting and unique. Great looking tomato.
