Default 7-day forecast says 70s, into their home they go.

First ones to go into their shared 20 gallon root pot. Jubilee (nearest), peacevine (farthest). I ran out of noodles (kelp seaweed) so this weekend I'll go procure more.

Better pics next time.

Good day to all!

JEALOUS, yes, I admit it! Right now it's 67 degrees but our high tomorrow is like 28 or something nutty like that. It'll be over a month before mine go out.

Are those rocks on the surface for heat retention?

I get my rocks from the beach. I hunt for the ones that had kelp attached to them, so after a storm is the best time. That middle one is the micronutrient reservoir (or at least in my mind it is); the other ones are there to keep the noodles thick and hydrated, I usually add more, just ran out. When I turn them over there's always lots of critters and action going on, beneficials for the most part. They don't weigh much.

It's 80 in my backyard right now, but it got down to 40 last night. I think I'll be waiting a couple more weeks before I set mine out. Tempting, though!
