Fresa....unusual foliage?
First time growing Fresa, one seed planted, one plant so nothing to compare to. My guess is this is not what I should want?

Looks like some kind of ultra-dwarf mutation. Definitely not Fresa, could possibly be a seed mixup from your supplier or ???
Well worth growing out and seeing if it will set a decent crop. Looks like it will be best suited to container/basket growing. |

Steve of Heritage seeds donated this variety for my 2013 seed offer.
Below is a Google search with his website description as well as Tania's description. Patty, with only one plant and nothing to compare with, as you said, it makes if difficult to decide. I could go back and go through that long Fall 2013 feedback thread I do to see what folks got, but methinks that I won't do that. I can say that Steve has donated seeds for my seed offer several times and always true to the variety. But then I don't know what your seed source was. https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=Fresa+tomato+seeds Carolyn

Patty,
Would love to see a few more pix if you have any. Is that severe curling and twisted growth? Other than a mutation I would almost default to herbicide damage, maybe in the media? Can't really tell from the pic. |
