Green Cleaner
Anyone try Green Cleaner?
I have heard it works very good for spidermites, as well as other things like powder mildew. even heard of people using it to kill fleas off animals. I have some ordered, but at $180 for a quart, I am hoping to find more insight on it to justify my purchase, and be able to add a selling point to it.

It would have to plant the tomatoes, weed the garden, and pick the fruit for it to be worth that price to me.

Seems a bit cheaper on Amazon. But it is clearly targeted towards MJ growers, and so those products are always unfortunately overpriced. I didn't see ingredients and a quick google search didn't bring up the manufacturer's website - do you know what's in it? |

There's one mite product that is made of sugar: http://www.groworganic.com/sucrashield-gallon.html
I've never tried it. The only thing I have seen that actually works on mites is the Hot Shot No-Pest strips. They are, of course, highly toxic. It's dichlorvos, one of the few organophosphate pesticides that has not yet been banned or restricted, at least in the US. Last edited by Cole_Robbie; May 8, 2015 at 01:52 PM. |

Expensive, but it did work for spidermites. It was a free sample so I used it, Not sure its anything more than a soap\oil based spray with some other stuff added. The bottle I have doesnt list the ingredients, but i did notice the recently changed their packaging so Im not sure if thats changed. I think it was a 4oz bottle i had that retailed for $30-40 bucks. Can be dilluted at 1 oz per gallon I think, so I got 3 uses out if it and still have a little left.
The same grow shop that gave me the Green Clean as a sample also recommended this: http://www.vitallandscaping.com/pest-control/fight-all Last edited by Hunt-Grow-Cook; May 8, 2015 at 03:09 PM. |

Im not really sure what the active ingredients are at this point. I know that it was advertised in the Max Yield Mags. I was hoping it would be here today, I ordered 4 32oz bottles of it, and supposed to be getting several samples of it as well to pass out.
I originally got a sample from the Smart Pot and Great White rep that came into my store, and I had handed it out to a customer, and they wanted more... I guess ill have to wait and see.

When & how much to spray
Info collected says you can use baking soda @ 1table / gal and asprin @ 1 325 / gal. and add 3 table veg oil to make it stick. Use every 3 weeks.Have any experience with these and feed back.
Going to make compost tea, for first time, with aeration; compost, kelp, fish emul. Aerate 3 days and apply. Can I just apply at base of plants or is there an advantage to foliar spray? Thanks Rick |

I finally got the stuff... they said they was going to send me some samples, but I guess they forgot, and I dont want to crack open a $180 bottle just to see how good it works
it is Soy based though, completely natural, from the looks of the ingredients label, I could probably drink the stuff and other then a nasty taste, it probably wouldn't hurt me... although I wouldnt recommend doing that!!! *disclaimer*
