Hello.from what I've read this cherry tomato is a hybrid.so if I save some seeds from my plant I won't get the same plant as I have now?is this correct? Thanks.

That is correct. You will not get exactly the same plant again. That said a lot of people grow F2's and find that there's not a lot of obvious difference, so if you wanted to experiment.......

I have grown F2 from store bough Kumato. I did not observe any difference.
Saved seeds and planted F3 last year. Again no difference, same brown tomatoes, same shape, size, taste. Now I have F4 seeds.
It has been fun thing to do otherwise Kumato is not the best tasting brown/black tomato. But I bought it from store in the middle of winter. It was ok then.

There is a probability that you might get exact them same thing but that is a low probability.
So if you plant a multitude of F2 seeds there will be some like F1 plants.
That is how they stabilize hybrids to produce an OP. Of course the process is not as simple as I said.

I am growing the F4 generation of a volunteer SBG that grew where only Sweet Baby Girl had grown the previous year. I don't have any of the original seed to grow for comparison, but these are very much as I remember SBG - with only some slight variation in fruit size between plants and no significant variation in color or flavor (I grew out 4 F3s). I believe I sent some F3 or F4 seed into the MMM swap experimental category.
