Last of the VHS Cherry F1s

Some of you know what I mean by VHS Cherry, but others don't. VHS Cherry is a name I gave for a larger cherry tomato that was supposed to be a Riesentraube. It grew out golf ball sized tomatoes that looked a lot like a Valentine's heart. VHS Cherry stands for:

Valentines
Heart
Shaped
Cherry


Riesentraube is not a large cherry tomato. http://tatianastomatobase.com/wiki/Riesentraube It is a multiflora though, and so was VHS Cherry. Multiflora is kind of rare. So I'm guessing VHS Cherry has Riesentraube as a parent? However, it may be that Riesentraube grows odd like this in my exact garden conditions.? It is not unheard of.

So, this Fall, I have VHS Cherry and seeds from Riesentraube 2007 growing. In a way, I'm hoping to find out that Riesentraube just happens to grow this way in our garden. But in another way, I'm hoping it is a cross that I can learn how to grow out correctly, so that I can add one more tomato variety for everyone.

One way or other, I have about 500 seeds for others to try. And then, there is the last one from the spring/Summer season. It's not quite as big as those in spring, and if I let it sit on the counter any longer - it will become compost food. It's still sad eating the last one.
