What colors in LED for starting seeds indoors?

Hey guys. I got some seedlings started. I would like to purchase an LED light that i can use to help transition them to outside when ready. As well as grow some greens indoors. Im mainly growing tomatos, but i have some swiss chard started, leeks, brussel sprouts and few others.

Im looking at these two on amazon right now. But i dont know enough about the colors and thought i would just ask. I would like something that is broad so im not just doing seedlings.

Can anyone help a newb out?

So far so good. Everytime I google all i see is crap about growing something smokable. Well. I need to grow vegetables not that. Im looking for a starter system that i can add to later. Eventually i want to do strawberries and do a raintower. If anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it, i dont know what good systems are popular and good for the money.
