The picture didn't do it justice. I could see both ends, but couldn't get it all in because it was so close.
The other end. Thanks all! Last edited by Hellmanns; May 11, 2016 at 09:24 AM. |

nice. now, can anyone explain to me why the inside of the rainbows arc is always brighter than the outside? is that the "wall" of moisture that is creating the rainbow and it is reflecting the light instead of it going through the moisture?

Wow Hellmanns, way cool! Thanks for sharing your awesome rainbow pictures!
Patty I thought I had found a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow once, but it turned out to be Vermiculite. Dutch

And I remember the old poem:
Two little clouds on a bright summer's day Went floating through the sky They went so fast they bumped their heads And both began to cry - Old father sun looked out and said Oh, do not cry my dears I'll send my little fairy folk To dry your falling tears One fairy came in violet And one in indigo In blue, green, yellow, orange, red They made a pretty row.
