Default Buckeye Yellow.

Does anyone know anything about a variety called (Buckeye Yellow) as it is supposed to be a very good flavour, but despite my best efforts I have never been able to find it anywhere even listed-let alone any info about it, lots of info on other Buckeye varieties but not about the Yellow.

Default Buckeye Yellow Kentucky Heirloom

Michael, This is a Kentucky Heirloom variety I germinated last year and shared seedling with Bert/Spider who posts here. He loved the tomato. I lost several of my Kentucky varieties and the Buckey Yellow was one of those. I will call him and suggest he comment here about it. He is growing it this year I think. Below is the only description I have for it.
Gary/Louisville

Buckeye Yellow: Large to extra-large, ivory to light yellow fruit
with pink streaks showing from blossom end. Thin skin very prone to
cracking, must be staked, indeterminate.

I think this particular variety ought to be more readily available- especialy since Bert likes it so much, it sounds very good- so come on Bert get the Buckeye Yellow into full seed production for the end of 2007- as Both I and lots of other TV enthusiasts would dearly love to try it,-many thanks also to Gary for developing it.
