Hot sauce
I know someone here ferments peppers for hot sauce but I can't remember who? Could someone point me to some step-by-step instructions? Thanks

Lori, this may not be what you were thinking of but I remember Rena posted instructions for a hot pepper vinegar last summer. I did a search and I can't seem to find it but maybe she can. They were very simple instructions as I recall so she might be able to just rattle it all off again. Sorry if that's not what you're looking for.
