Default Amazon Chocolate: Strange

This is the strangest thing I have ever seen.I got my copy of the chart for the mater contest Idig today and wanted to put all my large maters on it.Got to the Amazon and heard something rather odd. So shook it. Then I cut the top off. The inside had turned to water It was like someone had taken a bell pepper and injected it with water. Anyone ever see this with any variety?

Note we have not had a huge amount of rain just average..
