Default Prolific heirlooms?

Can anyone recommend a prolific heirloom that would work well in my area? (Central AL) I have several heirloom seeds already, but I would like something that would allow me to dry/can/freeze a large amount for the winter. Something foolproof would be great as well since I'm somewhat new at this. What I have:
Black Krim
Black From Tula
Cherokee Purple
Carbon
Black Brandywine
Chocolate Stripes
Italian Tree
Long Tom
German Giant

Ah yes, the foolproof tomato garden. We're all still searching for it after all these years! Welcome to the board. I like the German tomato, but then again I'm in TN so it might do differently for you in AL. Good luck with your selections. I think you're on the right track to plant several varieties. If some flop others might take up the slack. Remember if you do put out a lot of plants, give them some space between. Happy gardening in 2012

Of that list, Cherokee Purple produces the most pounds of tomato. I am pretty far north.

Bradley should do well for you, and I would recommend Tidwell German, Cleota Pink, and Georgia Streak.

Bradley sounds exactly like what I'm looking for. I will try to find the others as well.
