A clone from tom which produced large red fleshed tubers. I did not have enough to eat, so can't really comment on flavor/texture ect.

I got one Red Ox from Doug and is also small compact, it must be the growth habit Richard. Angus Bull is another that is very compact a pleasure to grow in tight areas.

Richard it is slow to get going, but will be a BIG plant in my limited(grew it last year) experience.

I'll keep an eye on it then, so far is a small plant. I have some of my TPS seedling tubers (1st year clones) that are huge plants with lots of vigor. Some are producing OP berries! Being self reliance one of my criteria for selection I am very pleased. It is this time of the season where I can't really wait for harvest/eat some of the new varieties of potatoes but those are not near to be done flowering never mind dying down so few more months to go I guess.

How do I get seeds of Red Ox potato?

RED OX TPS? Let me think. My first clone of Red Ox was during the season of 2010 and that it was an F-1 of the cross Negro y Azul and Blue Ox. I may still have sib seed of Red Ox and maybe OP seed or some crosses. I may also have TPS from full sibs of Red Ox. And I have related lines floating around in my inventory of TPS.

The problem is...I have thousands of TPS lines and I means thousands that I am sorting out for existing orders and research trials. I have a single tuber of Red Ox that will go into my crossing block this spring, not sure if I even have more than that.

I will probably list some rare blue and/or red flesh TPS samples on either of my websites once I catch up. I am right in the middle of describing TPS in those websites that are literally screaming for updates. Like who is going to request ASHMONT TPS unless I just forget everything else and post my comments to my webmasters. They are hopelessly trying to Google Ashmont Potato without success simply because I am not getting the information posted.

If I get antsy about this topic and post, I may come back from time to time to talk about the super red fleshed lines I have...some have never been sampled since the TPS has been buried in an avalanche of boxes and bags of TPS stacked to the ceilings of two storage facilities.

I am one interested for super-red flesh potatoes and super-yellow flesh potatoes.
I already have about 6 of your blue-fleshed potatoes they are wonderful but I personally prefer the flavor of yellow potatoes. Red since I've only had few I am interested to get some more. Also marbled red-yellow would be awesome too.

I got one red-ox clone from Doug, since I only had few I saved them all w/o tasting...

Did you get any of the TPS seed from Mystery Wendy?,that seed tends to throw a red flesh potato

I did not get TPS on any of the Mystery. I grew the blue round, blue long resembling urenika, red inside and the white inside. Very productive too. The white taste was not impressive but overall very happy with them, they store very long too.
