sow bugs or pill buds?

I used DE for pill bugs that were eating my late bush beans- from sprouting of direct sowing in early August, and during growth and harvest. I used a few beer traps which helped.

Thought that Pillbugs are the ones that curl up into a ball when disturbed.

Yes, I have always called them pill bugs, I did some reading up on them and they are basically the same,
side note: they are the only relative of the crustaceans to adapt to land.:::

I also read that they don't eat fruit, but I disagree. they are the only ones making homes in my tomatoes (only the low hanging ones and the ones on the ground) I also read about Diatomaceous Earth thats great advice thanks!, I read that its even good for animals coat's eyes and internal organs and you can use it against lice how bout that hah
You said you put a little in a coke can cut in half?
Are they attracted to the DE or do I need some bate, my real worry is that there in the roots of one or more of my succulents.
