Mouth-wateringly good photos, Damon! Have been fortunate enough to taste my first ever Brandywine Suddeth's, Aunt Gertie's Gold, and Kosovo too this year- all amazing tomatoes, for sure. Wish I could let mine ripen that far on the vine. Keep trying, but we are getting rain in the forecast so frequently that I'm afraid they'll split.

Nice tomatoes, man! Would let mine stay on the vine, but they split, even the Brandywines in the raised beds; then the ants start munching on them. Not seeing as many since I started slinging the cinnamon every day.

Damon,
Great pictures. I love your creativity with the various containers. When did you plant the mature tomato plants? Do you have full , all day sun on your garden. I also have some good plants, but the sun exposure is limited in different parts of my garden here in Millbrae. I would love to see your garden. Jim |

Thanks for the kind words everyone and Kath and Timmah I know whatcha mean about the spliting.
jebgordon-Hello from just down the highway! I started my earliest plants early Jan, which is on the early side even for here. I also start seeds a bit later to spread the harvest around. I do have full sun for the most part in my small backyard. And I understand your situation about limited sun, but as long as you have some sun thats all ya need, as you well know. Damon |
