Chasing Campbell
Just became a project of mine.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Thompson_Dorrance Shoot, they make good soup ... and rely on good tomatoes. I assume that they spent many an hour chasing the perfect tomato and so I thought that it would be interesting to chase them. J.T.D. from Victory got me started ... then I found more. All have seemed to be good tomatoes looking for a use. Just an interesting chase. More to follow but have you found anything along this line? Last edited by cozy; December 2, 2010 at 02:37 AM. |

But it goes kind of crazy from G 10132, Acc # PI 302462 70AI, to K.C. 146 ( Acc # PI 303749 65AI ) to Early Harvest ( Acc # PI 600908 05GI).
Just thought that it would be interesting to follow the soup. |

Very interesting theme project you've got going there!!!!!! Only one I've grown was 1327..... found it to be just "so-so".
