It looks just like my Al-kuffa. It has no growing tip. It will just sit there and not develop anymore leaves. Will not grow.

I had 2 this year- a Tarasenko 6 and a Plum Regal F1; no picture, though- they're becoming compost.

Sometimes you get a bust with no growing tip it is brobaly DOA or set back a month or more and might start a growing tip.

happened to me twice before. and then it grew out branches from the base. which was cool. then i planted it. then it died. =(

I had that happen to me for the first time this year. Grew about two inches and then never did another thing. Very thick stem though. Strange looking!

The two I had this year are composting nicely. They'll be ready for the garden by fall.
