Mycorrhizal Fungi for roots and beneficial bacteria for soil

I have found that using Mycorrhizal fungi and beneficial bacteria help to condition the soil and enlongate roots once plants are planted. The liquid Mycorrhizal works best because you can use it throughout the plants life versus just when it is planted (because you want it to make its way to the roots). When I first tested it, I had houseplants that I thought I would have to replace all of the soil that was so dried out and obviously lacking nutrients. Within about 3 weeks the soil was reconditioned and it actually looked like I had replaced all of the old soil. I now use it about 2x a month on my houseplants, and 1x a week on my tomatoes and veggies during the growing time.

I take it by your information that you work for Thrive. Do you have a factual basis to recommend using Myco (Whether Thrive or other Myco products) at the seedling phase? It seems to me that if it helps develop roots, that using it at the first potting up stage and beyond would be beneficial. Thanks.

Hello Dewayne! Yes - I do work for THRIVE! When I first started with the company 2 years ago I did not know that it would make such a difference in all of my vegetation and the roots and soil. But I have done "at home" tests that have impressed me - as well as our on-site biologist tests. The product works on all vegetation and crops (even weeds - so you have to be careful with using it on your lawn!). We have partnered with El Dorado Heirloom seeds and they send out a bottle of THRIVE with their orders to use with seeds. You are right - it IS beneficial to use at any part of the plants growth cycle. The only thing you really have to watch is that of course any over-watering can hurt all vegetation - and because THRIVE is mixed with water you may want to keep that in mind! Hope this helps!
