Just wanted to ask - are you using a phone or something, seems like "text speak"? Sorry, it's just a bit hard to read, usually people type sentences out on the forum. Ok, so I sound old...

I can't really see what's wrong in those photos - like another poster said - maybe wipe the leaves off, is some milk stuck there?

It looks like maybe the first set of plants is reaching for the light. if that is the case, you might want to try to locate them more centrally under the lights, or turn them more often if they're in the window. No worries if they're a little crooked. They'll still grow.

Cukes and squash are usually happier if they are direct seeded in the garden. They can be started inside if you really have to because you have a short season, but in my experience direct seeding those gives better results.

You want to make sure your plant light is close (within a few inches) and directly above to avoid the bendy, spindliness. It's hard to tell, but the white spots may be that flaky white stuff that baby squash have on their first leaves. Outside it gets blown away pretty quickly, but when they are inside I guess it sticks around.
