At the very least, remove the diseased leaves.

Always remove diseased leaves when u see them.

I notice some healthy looking tomato plants in the background. I would be concerned if the disease can be transmitted airborn...

It is hard to see from the pictures if this is a disease. So far I only see some 'tired' yellow and dried up leaves, which do not look infectious.

I'd remove the yellow and dead foliage and see what happens.

That's what I'm worried about. The ones in the background were planted at the same time as these. Gonna hit'em all with some Daconil
That pic was taken a few days ago and the plants look much worse now.
Think we're gonna pick all the maters and yank the plants
