Paul Robeson and Arbuznyi are my favorite blacks. I just wish Arbuznyi wasn't so late for me.

I grew Dana's Dusky Rose this year. It was a well formed round tomato without blemishes or cracks. Very nice tasting. Looks like a Brandywine Cowlick's just darker and no cracks. I will be growing this one again.

Paul Robeson is another I love.
Carbon is always early in my garden, usually the first full size black.
I too love the GWRs, I have yet to find one I don't like, at least in the full size. Green Grape was one I did not like.

Having grown just about every "black" tomato listed on this thread and many more, over ??? years, the one I consider to be best tasting is Dana's Dusky Rose.
This past season, I limited my tomato production and the only blacks I grew were Dana's Dusky Rose and Amazon Chocolate.
Pinks were a different story...it was a great year for Brandywines!

2010 Black from Tula and Cherokee Purple
2011 Purple Price and Black Brandywine
2012 Nuits Australes but my favorite, not only black but bicolor black and green, my winner is Ananas noire
