Default Fresh Pickins Seattle Blue Woolly Mammoth

Picked these this morning
going make salsa out of the flesh and of coarse saved the seeds.

Have you tried canning them or making a sauce? Are they tasty?

not tryed canning yet or sauce going do some salsa today tomato, onion, hot pepper, garlic, lemon juice and a little sea salt
