growth habbit

i have grande jalapeno, mini sweet bell and pimento elite hybrid. i will be planting these all fairly close together and wondering which will grow tallest?

For height, the jalapeno grande should grow to about 4 1/ ft. The pimento elite hybrid, about 30". The mini sweet bell about 24".
