smallest cells

what are the smallest seed starting cells available? hoping to buy from amazon prime 1x1x1 inch would be great or something close

A 72 cell 1020 sheet is just about that size.

Check the Greenhouse Mega Store. Great prices!

Keep in mind that with smaller cells you have to watch to make sue they don't dry out.

I bought on ebay a hydrofarm hothouse but it was shipped in it's factory box without packing and the box was all taped up ..it was around 30.00 but the water tray was delivered damaged .. I called to ask for a replacement and the vendor said to keep this one and they sent me another for free. Starting one tray today with peppers and some tomato also want to try this MG seed starting potting mix and see how an early grow works using the led grow lights.. i 'll show a picture when i'm done.

Remember you can plant multiple seeds in each cell and pot them up separately. Tomato plants can handle some abuse if the seedlings are well-watered 30 minutes before transplant.

I normally plant two or three seeds in each cell.

I then separate them and replant in larger containers.

So realistically I will have over 200 plants in a 72 cell starting kit.
Too many plants.

okay finished setting seeds in my starter kit, MG seedling starter is basically fortified mg peat (basically non absorbent ) so I filled the cells dry to make less mess and filled the water tray with a picture of filtered water. .. seeded the cells two three per cell and misted water over them pushing each seed in slightly using a bread twist wire. I put the dome on and on top that put the led lights on.. am wondering if I should leave two 4watt led lights on top of the dome or wait a few days until the seeds start sprouting and than use the light? heat mat is on and Anbient basement temp is around 68f btw,, is there something new with posting pics here on the site? seems like i can't using the same steps i've used in the past.. also my android phone is popping up an app saying i should install the app for this site.
