Default Tds

750 tds should not be a problem. Tds has nothing to do with pH. As far as neutralizing your water whether you want to add acid or base, it will increase tds, but you can only know how much by knowing what your starting ph is.

Why would you want a greenhouse in Arabia? It is probably too hot there to grow tomatoes anyway. Are you planning on air conditioning it. The tomatoes will be very expensive.

750 is fairly high, assuming you are talking about ppm or mg/L. (In US, The drinking water limit is 500 ppm). That being said, it really depends on which ions in solution are contributing to the TDS.

I assume this is well water, can you tell a little bit about the aquifer from which it came from?

Some nutrient lines like General Hydroponics Flora series also come in hard water versions.

A reverse osmosis filter is probably worth the money, considering it looks like you are making other investments in this project as well.
