Tomato/Garden Tone
How much should I put in a five gallon container? By tablespoon or cup measurement?
I can't really judge by the directions. Also, I have a bag leftover from last year - is it still good? Should I use more of the older bag? Thanks in advance! Donna

In a five gallon container I use 1/2 cup mixed in real good in the soil. 1/3 cup if you top scratching it in to the top 3" of the container.
The Espoma Tones have no expiration date, just keep them dry. |

I found the answer as far as the quantity - but what about the age of the fertilizer? Should I add more if I am using last year's bag?
