I was transplanting today and I found this in my batch... have you ever seen this?

I hope they make it, too, just to see "how" they grow or if there is any difference between them. I have been transplanting seedlings since 1987 and have never seen this, thats for sure. too bad all my seed don't throw two plants per seed when it comes to peppers.
