Our seed companies like Aelita is more into modern OP and F1 hybrids. Sibirskiy Sad is the only vendor with more than 80% of amateur OP varieties. Don't call them heirloom - we don't use this word here. Just amateur OP varieties. Some old as 50 years and more. So new from 2000s-2010s. It's more fair to identify like this.
The only chance to find real old Soviet OPs from 1980s and older is among local amateur gardeners here in CIS (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and so on)...

My seed came from the MMM swap. I have no idea what they should look like. I think they are making cherry tomatoes. I don't think they are going to get bigger in fruit size. Some fruits have been green for a long time and I'm biting my nails waiting for the first signs of blushing to start. I'm just starting to try and collect some of the older Russian types. I sowed 4 seeds, 3 came up and I have 3 plants that all look the same.

These are what all 3 of mine look like. I'm not a good pic taker. Sorry.

I'll have oodles of seed of these to send back for this years swap and still have plenty. If this is the size and type plant your looking for, when I get the seed harvested and dried, I'll be glad to share seed. There is going to be plenty to go all around.

Wow Starlight, that's quite a sight!

Andrey, many gardeners here either visit Estonia, or Russia, and buy seeds from there, or order Aelita seeds from that Estonian website that has huge postal fees...

that's good you have such opportunities of direct purchase. Me too go to Russia on a business trip several times a year and buy seeds of every new tomato variety I can see. That's besides seed trades with other local gardeners...
