Someone can cook here! Those are some great looking dishes Fred! Love the one with tomatoes, peaches and hazelnuts...yummy!
What's in the little pitcher right next to those beautiful green tomatoes?

I would like to take credit, but those dishes were prepared from our tomatoes, at a local restaurant that we sell to (Spanish Tapas cuisine).

I assume that there is Jus in the pitcher.

Still something to be proud of. No chef uses my tomatoes except for me (and I'm not a chef) and I have yet to learn how to cook such gorgeous dishes
