ALDI Food Saver ON SALE THIS WEEK!
Aldi has listed in their brochure for the week (thru Nov. 8) a foodsaver/sealer for $29.99.
I've always wanted to try one but could not bring myself to pay the prices for the name brand ones. At this price, seems a worthy gamble. Says it can use any/all food saver bags commercially made. Here's the link: http://https://www.aldi.us/en/weekly...m-food-sealer/ And food sealer rolls for $4.99: https://www.aldi.us/en/weekly-specia...d-sealer-roll/ I am for sure getting one. Aldi's has a very liberal return policy if you don't like it. |

The link to the sealer doesn't work, something about the re-direct on their site. It will work if you just start with the www part:

Those sealers are the best thing since sliced bread and T Ville. The roll featured bags lets you seal some irregular items like the long filets of fish, choice butchered racks of ribs etc.Time for me to get a fresh one, thanx for the heads up.Seed storage for freezer.Other uses are choice fishing gear and collectibles, rods, long rifles.Plenty of uses in the tinkering shed for my humid climate. The larger zip loc vacum bags I use for bagged fertilizers when I grab those fertilizer sales.Keeps all my grains(gunpowder mixes, rounds also)the way we like them DRY.
