Michael - it's really good to have your own angel and guide for the whole life and I have the one like you have, but always think to have at least a bit of the private life for hobbies. You are lucky your wife are always with you in the garden, but mine is not (especially when I'm doing my seedsaving things) and our balcony is full of bad smells

Andrey-I didnt say she was out in the garden-she isnt-I just said she was the boss there. In other words, "why dont you clean up those dirty pots?" or "that smells." Things like that. My response always is that she likes eating the tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, kale, chard, cutting lettuces, rucola, cicoria, etc.
She is a wonderful woman and my life is complete with her. But gardener, no.

Then try to develope a new variety with an excellent flavor and do name it after her! Possibly you will have some positive changes about "smell & dirt" in the future

Here are some fresh Rozalinda fruits along with Izumrudnoe Yabloko (Emerald Apple), De Barao Oranzhevyi (Orange De Barao) and 2 fruits of Zolotaya Rybka (Gold Fish).
The flavour of Rozalinda is much as I like with both sweets and acids on a high note . You and your wife gonna like it

Andrey-I just saw your post. I am definitely looking forward to this fall and the grow-out. I will post a photo of the plants I have soon. Didnt get germination on 2 of them, so I sowed my last seed of each of them.

Andrey-my posting was unclear-sorry. Rozalinda did germinate. There are 2 varieties that didnt, and I am at work so I cant tell you which ones. They were from the spring mailing you sent me-and you were able to only send 3 seed of each. I will post this evening which 2 they are-hopefully I will get germination of the last seed I have. I have them in intensive care and am watching them closely.

Andrey-the dwarves that are in the icu are Balkonzauber and Amurskiy Shtamb. All the rest are doing well and will probably be put in 5 gallon grow bags this weekend.

winter greenhouse tomatoes 009 (Small).jpgI got germination on my last seed for Amurskiy Shtamb. So I am only waiting for germination on Balkonzauber and Lazy Man.
Here is the photo of one side of the greenhouse set up. I have Barossa Fest 2 (rl 2) Dwarf Kelly Green and Summertime Green RL 2 the big rectangular containers-5 plants each. Most everything else is one plant, except for Sweet Sue and Barossa Fest 2 (pl1) Dwarf Beryl Beauty-2 plants each. Cant figure out how to attach multiple photos in a post.
