Default Recommend Tomato Books, pls?

I have just called our top bookdealer after reading the thread on Carolyn's book and getting 'all excited'!

Sadly they had not only never heard of it, but had NO tomato books on their computer...

Since I am now forced to import my own, can you recommend three or four books which I can add to Carolyn's one, so as to make postage (often 150% of the book's cost!) more reasonable?

Thank you...
