pete Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Oct 2009 Location: cincinnati Posts: 202	sour tomatoes Does anyone have any "sour" tasting when ripe, tomatoes??? These tomatoes may have higher acid, i.e. lower pH, values when ripe?? These varieties may be more commonly used in indian dishes where sweetness is not desired.
