City GardenJuly 26 update
So far so good...some baby tomatoes are being lost due to BER though.
This one is my mystery cherry. I started see that was labeled as a Black Krim but as you can see...it is not a Black Krim. lol Any guesses? These lost their green shoulders as they ripened. Still had the slightly lighter veining showing through the skin and were incredibly sweet. Black Cherry is now topping my fence. Golden Jubilee that I swear has a yellowy orange tinge to it...maybe it is just wishful ripening! lol Paul Robeson Mystery tomato...very light coloured so far and fist sized. Second Mystery....again a lighter green but not as light as the other plant. Potential's listed on the seed pack were White Wonder, Green Zebra, Nebraska Wedding, Cherokee Purple and pink, red, yellow Brandywines. My Hillbilly I swear there is an orangy tinge to my Siberian lol. Again, probably wishful ripening. I have a few other varieties in as well....Costoluto Genovese, Principe Borghese, Lancaster Pink and a mystery coloured Brandywine. |
