The ref I have on cotton seed meal gives the NPK break down as 6-3-1. If you have a deficiency of P, the best organic solution is crushed bone meal (2-22-0). It is very slow release, so none of it will be leached out. Does wonders at bloom/fruit set time. Bone meal is probably the single most beneficial thing you can do for fruit set, as well as the cheapest. Work it into the top few inches of soil in autumn, and you will have it dispersed to lower root levels by transplant time in the spring. A 50# bag will give you more fruit next year than a 500# application of cow manure.
