dhrtx Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: Ranger, TX Posts: 49	jiffy tomato and veg plant mix? Noticed this at Lowe's and was thinking of using to pot up tomatoes when I found the price was 1.73 for 1.5 cu ft. I bought 2 bags, but am not sure if it will be a good mix. on the bag it says "Natural and Organic" and greenhouse quality mix, but is that really enough? I also found that it is made of 60-70% peat moss, composted bark, and perlite, along with wetting agent. Is this a great deal, or a painful lesson waiting to happen?
