TheDens Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Georgia (Zone 7b) Posts: 233	Frozen maters So I'm finally to the point where I have to freeze or dry my extra Sungolds. Since I don't have time to dry them today and won't be here all next week, I'm freezing them. But what to do with them later? Can frozen tomatoes make a good uncooked salsa, or are they really just best used for cooked sauces? Anyone else have any favorite ideas for using frozen tomatoes? Denna
