Kimberly Overload !!!, Wow!!
Talk about a workhorse tomato. My Kimberlys are about three weeks later than normal in 2006, but oh my !!, what production. Flattened globes, handball sized, about 3 ounces each. Real mouth stuffers!!! And tasty too.
I counted 46 fruits in all stages of green and ripeness this morning on one plant and six more trusses of 6 flowers each waiting to be pollinated on the same plant. My other 2 Kimberly plants are loaded too. Is 100+ fruits per plant a possibility??? Best regards, Bill (aka Spudleaf Willie) |
