Default growing tomatoes in lasagna bed

I have grown vegetables, flowers in lasagna garden beds this past year and they did really good. what I want to do this next year is to grow about 36-38 tomato plants in a lasagna bed. I figure on having five , 4x8 foot beds, spacing the plants 16" apart in each bed. tomatoes would be indeterminet an determint plants.
Has anyone had tomato plants in lasagna beds and any advised on raising tomatoes this way? how were they staked? I plan on using the florida weave for keeping them off the ground.
I would like any suggestions or advised on this plan
thanks
