Default Could this be Tomato Russet Mite?

This seems to be spreading up the plant fast.

I was spraying once a week with either Bon-Neem (pyrythrins and neem oil) or Daconil, trading off. But then I got busy and didn't spray for a couple weeks. Not a good idea.

I haven't looked at them under magnafication, but the symptoms seem the same.

Should I try sulfur?

The tips are starting to show purple.
Is it too late?
