Default I sprayed with Organicide last night

when the sun went down and then we had pouring rains come again. How long should I wait to respray? I don't know what is wrong with my tomato plants but I have seen white flies and with the rain I thought I would go ahead and use a anti fungal too.

My leaves are brown and crispy on some of my plants and others are just yellow. I think I have some calcium deficiency but wonder if magnesium is also a problem. These are my new Earth Boxes with the first time use.
