Default Is this Septoria?

The leaves were spotted so I removed nearly all of them. Here's a picture of the brown stems. The fruit are unaffected.

In the second picture, taken from above, the flower stem looks really horrible. I shall remove it.

This is a (determinate) Moneymaker, so I will just grab the fruit when it has reached its full potential and run!
